On Rape

Drug dealers can get raped.

Prostitutes can get raped.

Undocumented immigrants can get raped.

Women who enjoy sex can get raped.

None of these people have forfeited their basic human right to consent to sex.

(Of course, I have no idea what really happened in the DSK case. Just some thoughts to keep in mind.)

And people who lie about other things for other reasons can be raped (and telling the truth about it).
